Do not waste money on College. Learn Substance Designer, Master it, ArtStation, and wait for the offers. Alternatively actually develop a small but decent game in Unity or UE4 and you are in the games industry and then add that to your portfolio.

60-70 hours a week on average? In some countries that is illegal btw (mostly European ones). Also it has been proven that it is not possible to be fully concentrated for more than a couple of hours a day so I can't imagine someone working at even 50-60% of their full capacity for 10 hours straight. No wonder that the number of young burn-outs is increasing like a geometric progression with every year. Health is the most important thing. Having balance in your life between work and everything else is essential for being productive and creative. Anyone who tells you otherwise 1)probably doesn't work 1/10 of the hours you do and 2)is a dumb ass.

If you don't know that testing is about breaking shit, applying for a QA position is the last thing you should do. 😉

Go unity5 it is the best! Don’t believe me? Google unity5 blacksmith.i got a free plugin and then I made a AMAZING zombie shooter without actually scripting + in unity5 you have sooooo many pre-made assets. Don’t be afraid of learning it! You can download so many free assets! Never use scratch ok?
